v1.9.12 name error for 1.20.1 forge when joining my server on forge 47.4.0

Issue description
I get a "Invalid char in namespace" error when joining my server. I do have other mods, but it shouldn't be a conflict and I can test it without on request.
Steps to reproduce
Join a server with v1.9.12 forge 47.4.0 on 1.20.1
Error will pop up (you may need to adjust ui scale to see the whole error)
Minecraft version
1.20.1
Forge/NeoForge version
47.4.0
SecurityCraft version
v1.9.12
