Playing multiple camera feeds at once does not work

Issue description
Hi, your Fix have work and the Game crash not now. But it give 2 new Bugs with the Hotfix.
1: The I have 3 Frames place on a line and place the camera on the Frame work it normal but then I choose a Camera the first work normal but the second or the third have a white Screen. This is a Bug and not normal.
2. Then it work and I show the camera screen give it moments who the camera what I on the Frame Screen see not move. It looks then as a Picture and not as a moving camera screen
Please fix this 2 Bugs and the Mod will then work normal but so is this a not normal think,
Steps to reproduce
- Play in Creative Mode!!! (By Survival is the Time to Craft this items to long and in Creative is it easy to look)
- Place 2 or 3 cameras of your world
- Add all cameras to your Monitor
- Place the 3 Frames to a line on a wall
- Click with the Monitor on the Frames to place it
- Then the Monitor on the Frames place click to open the GUI of the Cameras
- Add on all 3 Frames one Camera and look that the Frame Monitors so see.
- The End of this is: The Screen 1 will normal work the other work not normal with only a white screen or the screen is Freeze as a Picture

No Crashes only thinks what we see then we look on the Frame Screens. Play and test in the 1.10fix version for Minecraft 1.12.2
The Picture show what I mean good. The Middle Screen is white but I have on a flat world the Camera 2 add to this screen and in the world was it look on Villagers and Pigs but the Camera is white and the last camera waas stuck and show only this screen as a Picture the left of the Screens work normal and the Camera drive from left to right and the Frame screen show this in normal speed and have as alone Screen no bug.

And I have test it the Config is with the old of 1.10 or the new config of 1.10Hotfix the same think.
