I have the same issue, and the only mod other than SecurityCraft in that list that I also have is Embeddium. I'll do a test with SC and Embeddium and see if it's broken.

EDIT: Nope. Not Embeddium

I have the same issue with the same version:

Minecraft v1.20.1
Forge v47.3.0
SecurityCraft v1.10.0.1

I can confirm it's Embeddium. After disabling it the visual glitch doesn't happen and you can see the camera view in the Frame block.
Using Embeddium v0.3.31+mc1.20.1

In my test with just SecurityCraft and Embeddium the bug didn't happen.

Doing some testing, i found that while using shaders it makes the screen go black, and the only way to remove the flicker is to either destroy the camera.
The flicker seems to be a conflict between the play POV and the camera POV
(ps i'm on the latest version of security craft on minecraft forge 1.20.1[47.4.0])

commented

Other thing that seem to happen with shaders is that the frame appears blank after placing the camera monitor, and only without shaders can you see the SMPTE color bars.

Any update on this by chance? Camera seems to work on the tablet, but in the frame it causes a major visual bug until camera is destroyed

We will look into it when we have the time. We plan to include fixes for various frame bugs in the next update.

Download for 1.21.1?
