Issue description

I was messing with the cage trap on 1.21.5 neoforge and I set ignore owner off and when I broke the trap (after activating it) some iron bars (on the top) has the owner 'owner' and I couldnt break it in survival even tough there was no team created.

Steps to reproduce

1. Load up the world (single or multiplayer)
2. Get a cage trap and a Universal block modifier
3. Place down the cage trap and set it to ignore owner off
4. Activate it
5. Boom! You got some iron bars over your head that you can't break i survival because its owned by 'owner'.

Fixed for the next update in f29c4cd, thanks for reporting :)

For now, you can enable the server config setting allowBlockClaim, which should allow you to rightclick the 'owner' iron bars with a Universal Owner Changer to change the owner to yourself and then be able to break it.
