SecurityCraft Version 1.10.1: Camera Frames freeze for more as 5 seconds the picture and works then for the next seconds normal

Issue description
The Camera Feeds show the first time normal but the camera feeds will freeze with the time for more as 5 seconds.
Normal must the Camera Feeds work smooth and lag free
Please fix the lag of the camera feeds.
Steps to reproduce
- Start a Game with only the SecurityCraft Version 1.10.1
- Load a new World with new generated config
- Place 3 camera + 3 Camera feeds
- Connect the Camera monitor with the 3 camera and place it to the camera feeds
- Make one camera load per camera Feed
- by more as 3 working camera feeds will the camera feed lag

This was my build for the test and the last problems was fix but now give it a lag problem
I'm sorry, but we weren't able to reproduce the issue during development of the new update, and also not with the new update itself. With the release of SecurityCraft v1.10.1 we have also now stopped supporting 1.12.2.

I play with 60FPS and you with +500. Your world will smoother work with this FPS and you can so this problem not see. I think 60 FPS have only the problem
