Basically, they removed certain classes and reworked how some stuff works within forge.

Most of the changes are from this large pr MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge#8786

I have a build working but I am making some changes to the build system right now so if we get the rest of the tweaks sorted it may be out later today/tomorrow.
