Explore doing annotation-based config stuff and loading it that way. It would be a lot better than the current way likely and only would be inefficient on config reloads.

It would be very handy for server owners to configure and to allow a min and max value.

Could look into adding it via sekclib again :)

That or look at what configure libs already exist.
