Special jutsu which can be given by operators. Going to add a series of these to make livestreams a bit more fun to watch as well as the mod more fun to develop,

Add damage values for when trapped in the core as well as in the actual sphere

Client-Server location syncing needs to be fixed

Increase gravity area for entities

Allow casting target (like earth wall)

Add more blocks to the non pick up list and maybe listen for block break events within the chibaku tensei radius to fill back in.

This was a proof of concept will not be doing the crashing down for now.
