BEFORE CONTINUING:
- Always check you are using the latest version of these mods and its dependencies
- Remove known problematic rendering mods such as Optifine, Sodium and others

Describe the Issue
there is a bug or issue with storage in Refined Storage where if you clear out the recipe it give a undead sigh post from supplementary without any recipe set. Also, Patterns when holding shift to reveal the recipe it is also a undead sigh post from supplementary aswell.
