BEFORE CONTINUING:
- Always check you are using the latest version of these mods and its dependencies
- Remove known problematic rendering mods such as Optifine, Sodium and others

Describe the Issue
Crash on startup not sure if Moonlight or Amendmets (maybe be related? MehVahdJukaar/amendments#225). With both disable and Suplementaries got no error.
