BEFORE CONTINUING:
- Always check you are using the latest version of these mods and its dependencies
- Remove known problematic rendering mods such as Optifine, Sodium and others

Describe the Issue
i tested monlight with fabric api. and it wouldnt let me play on mineberry or pika network. i was using 1.20.4 fabric mods and version exactly and got this error - java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException:readerIndex(16397) + length(4) exceeds writerindex(16397). i understand that this mod hasnt been updated for 1.20.4 for 2 years. people still use 1.20.4 because its the best version for everyones choice. it needs the bug fixed

it didnt crash just kicked me out of servers
OPTIONAL: To Produce
- join any cracked servers like mineberry or pika network.
- pika network kicks u right a way. wait few minutes for miineberry.
- get kicked with no crash or logs

moonlight lib itself. i tested it with fabric api and got kicked right a way
