I have a server running 1.19.2 with serene seasons, and unfortunately we see abysmal tps lag for winter and spring (snow melting?). We are already using version 1.0.8 of serene season fix, so I'm hoping the newer 1.1.0+ versions may help further?

I doubt it will help your issue, the mod addressed ticking skew only.
