Add additional commands

/ss getseason - Returns the name of the current season.
/ss getseasontime - Returns the time in the seasonal cycle.
/ss addseasontime _____ - Adds time to the seasonal cycle.

/ss getseason does the first two things. The third can now be done using Minecraft's normal time commands.
