[Bug] Carrot can't grow in spring and others...

Bug Report

What's the issue you encountered?

  1. Carrots and potatoes can't grow in spring as it should do
  2. Waterchestnut can grow even when the config for out of season crop behavior is set to 1 (Can't Grow)

How can the issue be reproduced?

  1. Load in a world, season set to early-spring, and try to grow carrots and waterchestnut.
  2. Afk for around 20 minutes

You're in a desert biome, which uses tropical seasons (Wet and Dry). Biomes with tropical seasons can only grow summer crops unless you use glass/stained glass
