I was very excited to see this. I'm just want to post this to make sure I'm not misguided. It seems as though this is effecting some biomes but not others.

Whoops. After further inspection I think things are working as they should. It's just that the leaves in the desert are very brilliant at all times. Something I'm not very used to from vanilla minecraft.
