Can modded trees be configured as evergreen?

As the title says, can you manually add modded leaves to evergreen trees? I would like Ecologics palm to be evergreen

No, because that's not even a thing as far as Serene Seasons is concerned. If certain leaves use biome coloring, they're going to use it year-round.
