Request to add a "night_duration" setting in the serene config file to be able to fully account for every custom time setup.

Why would this feature be useful?

I use a mod to control the time of day and night and due to personal preferences I've made the day longer than the night.
In the serene config file I adjusted the day duration accordingly but now I'm afraid this will not entirely be in sync with my custom time setup (unless I completely misunderstand what the day_duration tick rate is actually for).
