What's the issue you encountered?

Wilder Wild adds snowlogging to the game, like the bedrock edition feature. When Serene Seasons is installed, snowlogged grass/flowers etc do not generate snowlogged in the world

How can the issue be reproduced?

Install wilder wild and find a snowy plains biome - look at the grass and flowers.

Now do the same with serene seasons installed and you'll find that snowlogged blocks do not generate naturally - which makes the snowy biomes look substantially worse.

Tested on Fabric 1.21.4 with Serene Seasons 10.4.0.16 and Wilder Wild 4.0.1

This has been fixed by me in #538

As per FrozenBlock/WilderWild#464 this is an issue on Serene Seasons' end
