This feature would involve 2 new biome tag lists, one for ice accumulation and one for snow accumulation.

Why would this feature be useful?

There may be biomes that you want to have change with the seasons, but you may not want snow or ice to accumulate in it. For example, the hot springs biome in biomes o plenty, where it would not make sense for ice to accumulate.

Yeah I've thought about this before, and it'd prooooobably be a good idea. Although a blacklist would make more sense than a whitelist, since most cold biomes are generally going to receive snow.
