/gamerule doDaylightCycle affects EVERY world in my instance

What's the issue you encountered?

If I toggle the doDaylightCycle gamerule on one world, it seems to also change it on every other world I have saved. Whenever I set doDaylightCycle to false, exit to the menu, and reopen any map (not even necessarily the same one), the time will still be stopped, and the seasons will be locked to "Early Spring" regardless of what season it was before. The seasons only return to normal if doDaylightCycle is set to true again.

I recently tested this gamerule on a modified Tinkers Survival pack, where it was treated as a global setting and carried between worlds. Once I ran this test on other instances, one with only Serene Seasons and another that did not have Serene Seasons at all, it only stopped time for whichever world was open and not all of them.

How can the issue be reproduced?

Load any instance with Serene Seasons and Tinkers Survival installed.
Find two save files with doDaylightCycle set to true.
Run /gamerule doDaylightCycle false on a world that has doDaylightCycle on.
Sign in to the other world that also had doDaylightCycle on.
See that it is now off on both worlds.

Additional information

I do not know if any of this is within your control, but it took me a long time to even begin to realize why this was happening. Until today, I believed the seasons were just freezing randomly, and I sometimes deleted entire instances because of it. Earlier today, I even started to think Serene Seasons itself might be bugged, which is why I originally posted this issue, only to heavily edit this message once I realized it wasn't Serene Seasons' fault. Now I am not sure what is causing all this, and I hope to find out before too much longer. Please feel free to just delete this issue if it is not appropriate to leave here.

Closing issue as solved. This morning, I embarrassingly discovered that one of my other mods installed was called "Global GameRules," which was meant to do this. The only real issue now is that, when logging into a world where doDaylightCycle is set to false, the season is locked to Early Spring. Please feel free to merge this issue with another.
