The data shown by the mod overwrites scoreboard info set to show in the tab list.
I like to have health in the tab screen of my servers so this is a bit disappointing. Could it be appended to whatever is there instead of overriding?

I will have a look at it.
Maybe I can just hook into what would have been shown on the scoreboard and put it in between either the player name and dimension box or between the dimension box and latency.

I have in the newest release for 1.16.4+ added support for integer based objectives.
I will still work on making heart based also supported, I will keep this issue open until then.
