Display player pings instead of green bars

Hey! So I was thinking it may be useful to have actual pings for each player on the normal tab player list instead of the green bars?
I don't really like to replace or modify vanilla stuff to keep the compatibility with other mods. What if I make a new tab that looks sorta like the player tab list and maybe show the player icon, name, dimension and ping in numbers? Would it be a feature you would like?
I will start working on it, when I have made sure that the versions of the mod for 1.8& 1.9 works both in sp and mp.

It it okay, I love coding away at a problem. The mod started out with just being something I missed when I played on my own server. The rest of the features is just for the community. You are welcome to submit pull requests.
Sorry for the long wait, I have implemented a proptotype of the tab page (see image).
It does all the tings I said, it will when not on development server also display the player head icon.
It replaces the normal player tab, there is a config to disable it.
