I think its cool if the Stargate is not only used by players.
I mean, if there is an Invasion army of Jaffa, Zombies, Skeletons, Pillager, Wiches, Aliens or a Trader uses the stargate to travel, villagers are evacuating their village and are hunted by Pillagers. Im sorry my ideas are nearly endless...
probaply it make sense to make it configurateble with datapacks.

I suggsest a random event: the Stargate opens and Mobs are spawning. And i also suggsest an iris or a shild to protect yourself from them.

I do have plans for both Iris/Shield mechanics and Stargate raids, though the plan for raids doesn't involve Vanilla Minecraft mobs, but instead it involves Jaffa coming through after the player agitates the Goa'uld.
