In JEI when you press U on a machine or processing block (crafting table, furnace, modded crusher) you see all recipes this machine can process. It doesn't work with your machines. I only worked with JEI in 1.12.2, but maybe you need to register recipe catalyzers or something like that for it to work properly?
You can also see catalyzers in JEI recipe GUI. Not with your machines though. So, I guess, you forgot to register them.
