Maven server is down causing all builds to fail

Brief explanation of issue:
Builds of all mods that use ShadowMC are failing, because connections to the Maven server all time out.

Steps to reproduce:

  • If you already have ShadowMC in Gradle's caches, remove it so it tries to download it again.
  • Run ./gradlew setupDecompWorkspace eclipse

Results:

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

* What went wrong:
A problem occurred configuring root project 'ExtraRails'.

   > Could not resolve net.shadowfacts:ShadowMC:1.12-3.8.0-SNAPSHOT.

My Maven has moved to maven.shadowfacts.net.
