I have a mod pack with this mod and when I am using this mod on Tlauncher everything seem to be good, but when I am trying to run the same mod in server it is crashed on start-up.

I find out that problem is in config file, so if you if you have similar problem try to delete config file of shield expansion mod from your server and then start it. In my case it solves problem.
