I went through many sites and posts and there are many people wanting this feature.
It should be possible to disable this annoying feature on the OS level.
And one way to achieve it is to flood apple feedback asking to disable this feature: https://www.apple.com/feedback/macbookpro.html

Maybe we could prepare a message which people can just copy-paste.
