Little tiles paint lights up no matter the settings

Steps to reproduce

Paint a regular block any color using the little tiles paint brush.

I'm pretty sure you can disable bloom to get rid of that effect similar to NVIDUM, Physics mod and others.

I think that for some reason shimmer renders bloom by default, and has a blacklist on when to not render it, not the other way around, so every time sometjing breaks, it glows.
Its an old issue, see #83, and #84
