Issue description

For some reason, red neon lights from 'dustrial decor, which i put a subtle red glow to them, when placed one at the side of another, they start to emit a whitish glow, thus not letting me show the true red color of the glow. If i apply bloom, it only shows white bloom regardless of every color i put in. Also affects if the brightness is low.

Steps to reproduce

(solutions instead)

1. Show off more true color instead of an eye-burning glow, such as customizing the amount of white light a block can emit (for neon lights or purely colored light)
2. Make bloom be of any color less than white
