Issue description

Coloured lights and bloom Vanilla Minecraft config fails to load without giving any errors.
Config: minecraft.json
All other configs for different mods created using the same script work as intended.
Built in shimmer support on/off does not make any difference.
If I remember correctly, one time it managed to load, IDK what I did but it happened only once.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create the config, either by installing Shimmer Support Layer or pasting it manually.
2. Launch the world and see no difference.
