Incompatible with controlify

Description
Hello!
When using controlify + shouldersurfing, we got a crash when trying to use the controller. I'm not sure where some fix must be done, but I found a issue at the controlify github reporting this bug. Could you kindly take a look on it to see if anything could be done on shouldersurfing to fix it?

Edit: additionally, the game doesn't crash when I'm on a much large modpack, but everything goes black and I need to change camera to keep playing. I'll repot here all the mods installed in this case if needed, I've just need to figure out a easy way to export the list

The crash is caused by Controllify and was fixed two weeks ago in isXander/Controlify#538. Please wait until the authors of Controllify create a new release. Also, the issue isXander/Controlify#286 is unrelated to the crash you reported.
