Compass following character rather than camera.

Description
The compass item is following the character's facing direction rather than the camera.
The result is the compass pointer spinning around while the character is moving, even though the player keeps staring in the same direction.
Happens with vanilla and modded compasses like nature's compass too.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go into shoulder surfing mode.
- Grab a compass.
- Move the character without moving the camera, or vice versa.
