If you mean the ...
... crosshair is always centered: Turn on dynamic crosshair in the mod options
... character is always centered: Use I, J, K, L or the mod options to change the offset
If you are using shaders:
Switch to (internal) and set "Render Resolution" to 1.0x and switch back to "OFF"
If none of the steps listed fix your problem you are doing something wrong because the mod works as intended with MoBends (with Forge and Optifine)
So you are CLEARLY using more than just shaders. Can i get a list of your mods ?
Sorry it took so long but have you isolated a mod that causes the crosshair not to offset (its probably an incompatibility issue)
The issuse said "Crosshair not changed". Was it only the message that you reported ?
"Only found 9 code injections, but expected 8" was just an oversight from me. There is a hardcoded number of modifications and i forgot to update it. And what do you mean by "Character model not changed" ? This mod does not modify the character model.
