Not working server-side on 1.20.1

This mod doesn't seem to work server-side on 1.20.1. i've confirmed it IS installed on everyones client and on the server, but its acting like it's not installed server-side.

Are you guys both using FTBRanks/ Another permissions mod?

Do you have data like:
OP (Playername)
ADMIN (Playername) etc?

Can also confirm it is not working on the server side. Client side is fine.
