How to recreate: install SMYS and more culling and set armor to be transparent. all parts of your skin covered by the transparent part don't render except for upper torso and what's under your boots.

in third person it looks okay

I'm aware of a similar issue with Iris (see #19). It's most likely a result of some specific optimizations these mods make, and so far as I'm aware, isn't really something I can solve. I'll roll this issue into #19, as they seem to be different variants of the same problem.
