It would be great if you can post events when the item is used so that mods can cancel the shrink if needed.
A good example is ftbchunks claims wanting to stop the event if an entity is within a claim the user with the shrink device cant use otherwise someone can use the shrink device to steal/grief others areas by stealing mobs
