Mod is blocking new 1.21.2+ custom data component tooltip frames

Issue Description:

I'm using Shulker Box Tooltip and Tooltipz*, (requires Item Components) but Tooltipz' custom tooltip frames wont show up.
*It basically uses the new data component format to display rarity frames.

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

  • ShulkerBoxTooltip: 5.2.0
  • Minecraft: 1.21.3
  • Fabric Loader: 16.9
  • Fabric API: 107.3
  • Other mods (if relevant): Item Components 1.1, Tooltipz 1.1
