Forge server crashing when using this mod

Issue Description:

Forge 1.21.1 server crashes when using the mod. This is the only mod installed on the server,

What happens:

Server crashes when attempting to start the server. See logs below

What you expected to happen:

The server to start properly along with the mod.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install Forge 52.0.40 server
  2. Install SBT (Both 5.1.2 and 5.1.1 tested)

...

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

  • ShulkerBoxTooltip: 5.1.2 and 5.1.1 at least
  • Minecraft: 1.21.1
  • Forge: 52.0.40
