Issue Description:

The creative tab tooltip renders above the preview tooltip (or below before Minecraft 1.21.6) when inspecting an item within a preview.

Ideally, the creative tooltip should not render at all while a locked tooltip is opened.
A simple fix would be to disable this tooltip in particular, but that would not work if/when other mods tries to render their own tooltips.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the creative inventory
2. Hover an preview-able item
3. Lock the tooltip using the control key
4. Hover a creative tab while tooltip is locked and an item in the preview

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

• ShulkerBoxTooltip: 3.4.0 to 5.2.7 and above
• Minecraft: 1.18.x to 1.21.x and above
