Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Not sure.

So it seems rolling back to the previous versions of all your mods. Gear, Gems, Lib, Mechanisms, I am able to load into the world. I thought maybe it was the latest forge (31.2.9) update, however i just tried the previous versions the mods above in 31.2.9 and it seems to work, well, load in to the world.

I don't know if this helps or not, but I figured I'd let you know my findings.
