Expected Behavior

Holding a tool with a long rod to not increase block placing range

Actual Behavior

When holding a tool that increases reach (spears or long rods), it also increases block placing range for offhand.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Make a tool with extra reach
  2. Put block in offhand
  3. Place it a bit farther than normally possible

Not sure this is really a bug, but I'm reporting it anyways.
