Supercharging not working correctly with graded Material

same issues as SilentChaos512/SilentGems#472 but with graded material
I don't know if it should or not, I'll just report it
Seems to be working for me. Are you sure you tested this with the versions listed?
Nevermind, I was wrong. Seems every stat but harvest level is shown to be the same.
My bad, seems to be a Silent Gear bug. Will tackle that for tomorrow's update.
