Dump commands write on server, make them write on client who sent the command

What Should Be Added or Changed?

  • Make the dump commands write the file on the client who sent the command instead of server.

Why Should This Be Done?

  • AllTheMods/ATM-6#316
  • Would be nice to be able to get the stat dumps etc. without having to dig them from server files, especially if you have a hosted server.
