Expected Behavior

Items used in the recipe are used in the final product.

Actual Behavior

Only items initially used in the recipe are put in output.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Note* - This is more significant on the toolbox, as when it is placed first then subsequent ingots are put in can lead to 8 being consumed but only value of one being put into the toolbox. (Whole reason I found this exploit in the first place.)

Same issue as #237 and #239. It is caused by Fast Workbench and their is nothing I can do about it. See Shadows-of-Fire/FastWorkbench#58.
