Expected Behavior

I expected that sometimes, on my malleable 3 flexible 2 mattock, that it would not use durability.

Actual Behavior

Every time I tilled, it never ever skipped a durability point, tested 100 times.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Make a mattock with a relative high malleable and flexible level
2. Till the ground and it will never skip a durability point

Additional Note

This might be the same thing for brittle as well. Will try soon.
