there are tool rods and bowstrings that add some variety to enchantability but lining does not, even though some of the materials have "enchantability" stats on it. I think the material's enchantability stats should be applied to lining because good cloth absorbs magic just as well as the metal it's attached to, sometimes better
edit: At least that's how it worked in the version that is on all the mods 6. I have yet to see the updated version

I want to move away from upgrade parts affecting enchantability. Since parts can be easily swapped out without removing enchantments, it's easy to exploit.
