What Should Be Added or Changed?

As of 1.14, sheep shearing can be automated with dispensers. Placing a pair of vanilla shears in a dispenser and giving it a redstone pulse will shear sheep directly in front of it.

Shears made from Silent's Gear don't have dispenser support. They simply get shot out in item form.

Why Should This Be Done?

High durability shears would be make vanilla automatic sheep farms run for longer between shear refills.

Adding this feature would also keep the mod consistent with vanilla mechanics.
