refined obsidian silent gear versions toughness to be 4 for the chestplate and other pieces per piece

Actual Behavior

refined obsideon silent gear version toughness is .5 per piece

would a log be helpful here? it's not a crash and it isn't like a specific event or instance or circumstance in which this occurs

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. obtain refined obsidian ingots
2. craft the refined obsidian chestplate with silent gear blueprints
3. note the toughness is .5 rather than 4 for the chestplate for example
