What Should Be Added or Changed?

• A loom compounder which turns fabric/cloth/organic (wool, leather, fine silk cloth and phantom membrane) materials into compound fabrics

Why Should This Be Done?

• This should be done as an option for 1.17+, when the current material mixing system is removed, in order to re-enable the ability to make compound grips and elytra. The inability to mix materials unless they have a dedicated machine for their type will remove compound grips/elytra (ignoring sheet metal).
