Expected Behavior

The time it takes to draw bows should be (vanilla / ranged speed stat), so they should draw faster as the draw speed stat increases.

Actual Behavior

All bows draw at the same speed as vanilla (20 ticks).

1. Craft any bow from the mod with the ranged speed stat.
2. Draw the bow.
